Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Fireplace Installer. This role involves assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fireplaces, stoves, and related systems in residential and some light commercial settings. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of gas, wood, and electric fireplaces under the supervision of experienced technicians.
  • Prepare job sites by unloading materials, setting up tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Learn to read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Support troubleshooting and repair of fireplace systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and company vehicles.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Basic mechanical or construction experience.
  • Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.
  • OSHA 10 or other safety certifications.
